Returns and replacements for damages must be within a 2 week time frame. We do offer a free re-surfacing within the first 12 months (customer pays for shipping) and resurfacing for $25 +shipping after the first 12 months. No refunds for returns

Cancellation Policy- We allow 1 hour to cancel your order.

Shipping Policy-Please allow a 14 day processing time for pads without designs.
